Christina, founder of Redeemed & Restored Recovery, knows this pain all too well. Growing up alongside a sibling battling significant mental health disorders, Christina faced her own daunting challenges later in life; she developed Complex PTSD and Bipolar 2 Disorder due to the trauma of childhood abuse. For years, the feelings of isolation were suffocating, leaving her to navigate the darkness without guidance.
Through her journey, Christina turned to counseling, where she not only found healing but also developed crucial coping skills and tools that would help her reclaim her life. In 2022, Christina founded Redeemed & Restored Recovery LLC, combining her personal experiences, her expertise as a Board Certified Mental Health Coach, and her training as a Peer Recovery Specialist. Creating the RENEW: 4-Phase Renewing of Your Mind Signature Coaching Program in 2025 was a monumental step—not just for Christina, but for countless women like her seeking healing and renewal through a faith-based approach.
